"As a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer, you'll play a crucial role in helping businesses keep track of their finances and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing tax documents with precision.
Performing bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
Managing bookkeeping data on QuickBooks.
Communicating with clients via email to follow up and request necessary information.
Processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.

What We're Looking For:
Strong written communication skills in English.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
At least 1.5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and knowledge of US GAAP.
CPA certification is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
Familiarity with Lacerte and Drake tax software is a significant advantage.
