Position Purpose

To lead the planning, management, and execution of civil engineering projects within corporate, commercial, and retail environments, serving as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into clear technical and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate the full project lifecycle, from planning through final delivery.
  • Control and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and managing deviations.
  • Lead coordination with suppliers, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure timelines, quality, and scope compliance.
  • Perform technical, administrative, and financial project follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience managing and executing corporate, commercial, and/or retail projects.
  • Language: Advanced English (bilingual proficiency).
  • Availability: Willingness to travel nationwide.
