- Process alerts in a timely and effective manner (triggered for sport players);
- Segment users according to procedures;
- Process internal and external team requests;
- Respond to requests from other departments in a special communication channel;
- Analyse made decisions in the past and fix mistakes;
- Report anomalies timely (in terms of players, games, bonus companies) or problems to a manager;
- Find new methods for detecting fraud users;
- Cover Low and Medium user risk cases.
We need your professional experience:
- Risk management experience in the fintech niche is an advantage;
- Ability to work shifts (including evening and night);
- Excellent numerical and Excel skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
