We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our cross-functional engineering team. This is a key individual contributor role for a highly experienced engineer who enjoys working across the full stack and taking ownership of complex features from start to finish.

You'll work on a combination of greenfield and existing projects, contributing to the development of scalable backend services and modern, user-focused frontend applications.

In this role, you will operate in a balanced 50/50 backend and frontend capacity. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining PHP-based microservices and APIs, while also developing and enhancing React-based single-page applications.

You'll contribute to feature and component design, write high-quality and well-tested code, and occasionally help set up deployment pipelines for new services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous, collaborative environment and is eager to continuously learn and adapt.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP backend services and APIs
• Develop new user-facing features and complex interfaces using React
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including occasional CI/CD setup
• Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and implement effective solutions.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep expertise in PHP backend development, including building services outside monolithic frameworks
• Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Redux / RTK for state management
• Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including ORM usage and query optimization
• Required experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong belief in automated testing and experience writing unit and integration tests
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
