About the Role: Search Analyst

We are looking for a
Search Analyst
with strong experience in Google Ads to support the setup, optimization, and performance monitoring of Search campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up Search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Apple Search and Amazon Search, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
  • Manage keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, pacing and ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign health, ensuring daily optimizations to meet performance objectives (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Conduct weekly status calls with internal stakeholders to review performance and pacing.
  • Maintain daily communication with the client's campaign managers.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
  • Deliver recommendations, perform A/B tests, explore new platforms and propose optimization strategies.
  • Participate in Search and Digital Media training sessions and keep certifications up to date.
  • Connect daily with the global account team via email, IM or video calls to ensure flawless execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities, contribute to campaign strategy, research keywords, analyze competitors and test new approaches.
  • Help document best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools and media landscape changes.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance and overall results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
  • Experience in Search campaign setup, optimization and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and proactive communication for working with global teams.
  • Experience with other platforms (Bing, SA360, Apple Search, Amazon Search) is a plus.
  • English level: intermediate or above (preferred).
