TA Business Partner

We are looking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill BPO & IT positions within the company. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates.

Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting.

Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an BPO Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
