Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
