React Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Front-end React Developer who is passionate about building clean, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces. In this role, you will focus on developing high-quality frontend architecture and UI components using modern React and TypeScript, while collaborating closely with design and product teams to deliver polished and accessible user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain reusable, maintainable React components using modern best practices.
• Implement user interfaces based on design systems, Figma designs, and UX specifications.
• Apply React patterns and frontend design principles to create scalable application architectures.
• Ensure consistent styling, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and improving overall code quality.
• Write and maintain unit tests and contribute to basic integration testing.
• Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and developer experience.

Core Requirements

Frontend & React

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong hands-on experience using React.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience building reusable and maintainable React components.
• Strong knowledge of React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle concepts.
• Familiarity with common React design patterns (Container/Presenter, Compound Components, Controlled vs Uncontrolled components).

Code Quality & Design Patterns

• Demonstrated experience writing clean, readable, and well-structured code.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles applied to frontend development.
• Ability to apply design patterns appropriately, favoring composition over inheritance and clear separation of concerns.
• Experience participating in code reviews and improving code quality through feedback.
• Familiarity with state management patterns, such as lifting state, React Context, or external stores.

Styling & UI Implementation

• Strong knowledge of CSS fundamentals (box model, positioning, specificity, Flexbox, Grid).
• Experience with modern styling approaches, including:
• CSS Modules
• Styled Components / CSS-in-JS
• Utility-first frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
• Ability to translate design tokens, Figma designs, and UX specs into high-quality UI.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic accessibility (WCAG) principles.

Architecture & Best Practices

• Experience structuring scalable frontend applications.
• Understanding of component-driven development and design systems.
• Familiarity with testing practices, including unit testing for components and basic integration tests.
• Experience with linting, formatting, and static analysis tools (ESLint, Prettier, etc.).

Collaboration & Process

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
• Knowledge of accessibility-first development practices.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance (memoization, lazy loading, bundle size optimization).
• Proficiency with browser profiling tools to diagnose runtime performance, including memory leaks, main-thread blocking logic, and complex component re-renders.
