Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Coordinator located in Bucaramanga. The Document Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing documents, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include coordinating projects, collaborating with team members, performing quality assurance checks on documents, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and efficient communication with stakeholders to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Document Management and maintaining accurate records
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to perform Project Coordination to ensure smooth execution of document-related activities
- Experience in Quality Assurance processes to maintain high standards of document handling
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and resolve related issues efficiently
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for document creation and management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Documentation Management, or a related field is a plus
