For our upcoming season based in
Medellín, Colombia
, we are looking for a
FIFA-licensed Football Agent
who has strong local networks, a deep understanding of the Colombian football landscape, and the ability to support both strategically and operationally.
Your Responsibilities
1. Talent Scouting & Assessment
- Evaluate participating players throughout The One Life Show.
- Analyze performance, personality, potential, and development trajectory.
- Attend training sessions, challenges, and player assessments.
2. Player Representation & Guidance
- Advise and support players during and after the show.
- Assist in transitioning top talents into professional environments (clubs, academies).
- Guide the show's winner in contract negotiations and career planning.
3. Network Development (Colombia & International)
- Maintain and expand relationships with clubs, coaches, scouts, and decision-makers across Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, and international markets.
- Prepare club visits, trials, and presentations.
- Support transfer discussions and strategic football partnerships.
4. Collaboration with Production & Management
- Work closely with the One Life Agency team (Germany / Europe).
- Participate in filming days, decision panels, and expert discussions.
- Ensure full compliance with FIFA, FCF, German DFL, and show-specific regulations.
5. Contract & Negotiation Support
- Assist in preparing and negotiating professional player contracts.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance for transfers and representation.
- Help develop long-term development plans for selected talents.
Your Profile
Professional Qualifications
- Valid
FIFA Football Agent License - Several years of experience in the professional football environment
- Strong network within the Colombian football scene
- Knowledge of contracts, transfer rules, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with young talents and their families is a plus
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- Strong decision-making ability (sporting and interpersonal)
- Passion for talent development and modern scouting
- Flexibility for filming schedules, travel, and media interactions
