**Job Purpose**:
**Objective**:
- receive, revise, sort and store the documentation from each prospects that at the end will become an authorized agent (Agency) that the sales Rep. submits following the procedures set by the area and company in general.
**Duties and Responsabilities**:
- Receive and Sort the respective documentation from those that will become Authorize Agents.
- Viamericas internal forms
- Business license or agent permit
- ID, Bill, Criminal Background Authorization, among others.
Compare information through the respective consults
- Credit report and state’s web page (Corp, LLC)
- Agency and owners address
- Pre-existence on data base (Viacentral)
Assign codes on Viacentral and entering agent’s information
- Code creation
- Payment method and agent information registry
- Other areas notification
Unify and completing Folder/Template with the agent’s documentation
- Forms completely filled
- Consults compared and approved
- Final review and authorized signatures
Provide opportune answers to the particular cases from other areas request.
- ACH forms
- Payment Agreements
- Refund Forms
Pending documents follow up within the review process
- Arrange With the sales force and/or agents
Provide opportune answers to the particular cases presented by agencies during the daily operation.
Maintain total confidentiality and transparency in the handling of information that by its nature requires total confidentiality in order to monitor compliance with information privacy regulations and safeguard the databases for the company's exclusive use.
**Qualifications**:
- High capacity on teamwork and under pressure for goals completion
- Quick response to demands preserving the quality on the process
- Appropriate use of Tools for the operation development
- Conscience of meaning from Objectives achieved
- Solutions ability on immediate cases
**Working Conditions**:
- Labor concentration and conservation of calm facing irreverent and offensive treatment from some customers
- Availability to fulfill extra hours on unexpected tasks
- Contingency support for the “call center” taking calls for Red Phone during the High season periods or eventualities
**Physical Requirenments**:
- Extensive Phone Calls
- Optional availability on weekends
- Flexibility to postpone vacations on determine occasions according to operational process
**Information Security Responsibilities**:
- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.
- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’.
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.
