Invoicing Specialist
, you'll be the key link between financial records, payments, and clients. You'll generate invoices, track payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure transparency in every transaction. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and love keeping things in order, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
Creating and verifying invoices for healthcare services.
Keeping billing records updated and accurate.
Tracking payments and reconciling accounts.
Communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Preparing reports on invoicing and outstanding accounts.
Ensuring compliance with client policies and U.S. healthcare regulations.
What You Bring to the Table:
1+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or finance-related roles.
Proficiency in invoicing/accounting software and strong Excel skills.
A sharp eye for detail – accuracy is everything.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication.
Great time management – ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
