Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
Buscamos un(a) Bilingual B2B Support Specialist con excelente nivel de inglés (B2+ a C1), apasionado(a) por ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad a clientes corporativos.
Brindar soporte a clientes B2B en inglés y español vía correo, chat o llamada.
Gestionar procesos de facturación, ajustes y conciliaciones con precisión.
Escalar casos complejos a los equipos internos de soporte
Mantener registros actualizados en el CRM y cumplir con los tiempos de respuesta establecidos (SLA).
Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos y documentación de soporte.
Nivel de inglés B2+ a C1 (fluido, hablado y escrito).
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte B2B, facturación o atención al cliente corporativo.
Manejo de herramientas CRM
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y organización.
Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma ágil y autónoma.
Ofrecemos
Contrato indefinido.
Horario laboral: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (fines de semana libres).
