Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bogota, D.C., for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee the daily management and optimization of online sales platforms, develop and execute strategies to increase sales and drive traffic, monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, and ensure superior customer engagement through quality service and timely responses. The role requires collaboration with various teams, such as marketing and sales, to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
  • Experience in E-Commerce, including platform management and sales strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in technology and familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
