Job Description

As a
Team Leader,
you will guide a team of software developers to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness. You'll manage project profiles, oversee KPIs, and ensure excellence across each team's output - combining innovation, precision, and collaboration in every milestone achieved.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite Term Type Contract

Shift: Day Shift (Colombian Working Hours: 8 AM-5 PM, Weekends Off)

Work setup: Hybrid - Bogotá, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 8 years' relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in
    Agile methodologies for software development
  • Experience with
    project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Proficiency in
    Kotlin (and/or Java), Typescript, and Python
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in cloud-native web application development using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with
    Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with code review processes and quality assurance
  • Experience in software development lifecycles

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in mobile application development (iOS or Android)
  • Knowledge in
    Machine Learning
  • Experience with
    databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
