Technical Support Specialist

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Make sure all of the customer's questions and concerns are answered in a highly positive, professional, and customer-centric manner.
Offer solutions to technical problems, either by providing step-by-step guidance, remote support, or escalating complex issues if necessary.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services the company provides to effectively assist customers.
Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher-level technical experts.
Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with high-quality solutions.
Minimum requirements
Studies: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computers, Electronics, Software or any other tech-related degree
Experience: At least 1 year of experience with Freight Brokerages, Logistics, TMS, SAAS-based applications, or related.
Knowledge: Servers/computer hardware and software, MS Office Applications and Internet browsers. Passion for digging into problems and finding the root cause of issues, and knowing how to manage and exceed a customer's expectations.
Experience with Microsoft SQL, IIS Server Manager, Azure, Mongo DB,Experience with accounting software: QuickBooks and Microsoft Great Plains
Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is required.
Perks:
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Following the US Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: This position will be 100% remote only for Colombia.
