Integrations Engineer
. Alguien capaz de entender profundamente nuestras APIs y plataformas, para acompañar a cada cliente en su implementación, operación y evolución dentro del ecosistema Akua.

partner técnico de confianza
de nuestros clientes más estratégicos: ayudándolos a escalar, resolver incidentes críticos, y adoptar nuevas capacidades del producto con impacto real.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
Ser el punto técnico de referencia para cuentas clave: guiar integraciones, mejores prácticas y roadmaps conjuntos.
Acompañar implementaciones complejas en coordinación con los equipos de Sales, Ingeniería y Compliance.
Monitorear la salud técnica de las cuentas (SLAs, disponibilidad, performance) y anticipar riesgos o incidentes.
Ser la voz del cliente dentro de Akua: canalizar feedback técnico hacia el equipo de Ingeniería.
Liderar revisiones técnicas y sesiones de enablement con equipos técnicos de clientes (workshops, demos, Q&A).
Documentar y compartir aprendizajes para mejorar continuamente la experiencia de integración y soporte.
Lo que valoramos:
+3 años de experiencia en roles técnicos orientados al cliente (TAM, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sles, Solutions Architect, o soporte avanzado).
Dominio de APIs REST, Webhooks, OAuth2, JSON y ISO8583.
Buen entendimiento de arquitecturas cloud y patrones de integración (mensajería, eventos, colas).
Capacidad analítica, comunicación clara y orientación a la acción.
Empatía técnica y habilidad para traducir lo complejo en simple.
Experiencia en fintech o adquirencia en LatAm. Familiaridad con rieles de pago locales (SPEI, PIX, ACH, etc.)

Conocimiento de estándares de seguridad (PCI-DSS, ISO
Experiencia gestionando cuentas enterprise o programas de adopción técnica.
