Este rol tiene como propósito asegurar la ejecución táctica y operativa de las campañas de medios 360°, integrando ATL y Digital para garantizar una implementación alineada con los objetivos de negocio. El/La
Associate Media
coordina equipos, gestiona la ordenación y el control de medios, y vela por el cumplimiento de KPIs, tiempos y presupuestos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Alinear las acciones tácticas de medios con la estrategia y los objetivos definidos para la marca.
  • Desarrollar e implementar los flows y planificaciones de campañas ATL y digitales.
  • Coordinar con los Buyers la pauta aprobada, la ordenación/OC y el soporte documental para facturación.
  • Dar seguimiento a materiales, especificaciones y entregables con agencias, medios y aliados.
  • Monitorear el performance de las campañas, elaborar reportes e identificar desviaciones entre inversión y compromisos.
  • Gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos y documentación operativa del plan de medios.

Perfil ideal

  • Experiencia previa como Buyer o roles afines en medios.
  • Conocimiento en compra y ordenación de medios ATL y Digital.
  • Manejo de plataformas y herramientas de medición (TGI, Ibope/Kantar, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, entre otras).
  • Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado al detalle, con excelente seguimiento y comunicación.
  • Habilidad para coordinar múltiples stakeholders y cumplir con tiempos exigentes.
