What You'll Be Doing1. Own Local SEO Execution for Multiple Clients

• Design and implement customized Local SEO strategies for home service businesses (plumbers, roofers, contractors, HVAC, cleaning services, etc.)
• Optimize Google Business Profiles to dominate local 3-pack rankings
• Manage local citations (NAP consistency) and build local authority through strategic link building
• Create and optimize location pages that convert

• Monitor and respond to reviews as part of reputation management strategies

• Technical SEO Implementation

• Conduct technical audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)

• Implement schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Review, Service, etc.)
• Optimize WordPress sites for maximum performance
• Fix technical issues that impact rankings

• Ensure proper SEO implementation and Core Web Vitals optimization

• Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze local rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics

• Use Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to extract actionable insights
• Create data-driven monthly reports in Agency Analytics that clients actually understand

• Continuously optimize based on performance data and competitive analysis

• Client Communication & Collaboration

• Present strategies and results to clients (in English) with clarity and confidence

• Work collaboratively with our project management and content teams
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends
• Bring innovative ideas that drive real results

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days:Month 1: Learn & Audit

• Audit all active client accounts (home service businesses across various trades)
• Identify quick wins and optimization opportunities
• Master our processes, tools, and client communication style

Month 2: Execute & Optimize

• Take full ownership of 2-3 client accounts
• Implement GBP optimizations, citation building, and review strategies
• Deliver your first monthly client reports

Month 3: Scale & Improve

• Own 4-6 client accounts independently
• Propose process improvements based on what you've learned
• Begin contributing to team knowledge sharing and training

This Job is For You If:Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

You have 2-3 years of hands-on Local SEO experience – You've been in the trenches and have the wins to prove it

You have strong English proficiency (B2-C1 level) – Written and verbal. You'll be communicating with clients and teams in English daily

You've crushed it with Google Business Profile optimization – You know how to get clients into the local 3-pack and keep them there

You understand technical SEO fundamentals – HTML, structured data, site audits, WordPress optimization, Core Web Vitals

You have experience with schema markup – LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review schemas. If you don't know schema, you don't know SEO.

You have proven link building experience – You know how to build high-quality, relevant backlinks that move the needle

You master the essential tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other core SEO platforms

You have agency or multi-client experience – You know how to juggle multiple clients, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver results under pressure

You're strategic AND hands-on – You can develop the roadmap and execute it yourself

You're results-driven – You track KPIs and use data to drive every decision

You're a clear communicator – You can explain technical SEO to non-technical clients without making their eyes glaze over

You're autonomous and proactive – You see problems, you fix them. You don't wait for permission

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

• Familiarity with Brightlocal, Whitespark, Moz Local, or Chatmeter
• Experience with multi-location businesses (especially home service businesses or hospitality)
• Experimenting with AI tools for SEO automation and optimization
• Experience building digital PR campaigns
• Google certifications (Analytics, Ads)
• Experience with CRM and project management tools
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Familiarity with Agency Analytics reporting
