¿Estás preparado para brillar?
Como Payroll Analyst SAP tus responsabilidades serán:
- Ejecutar y garantizar el procesamiento preciso y oportuno de la nómina de empleados en EE. UU. mediante SAP HCM/PY, asegurando cumplimiento legal y fiscal.
- Procesar nómina completa (bisemanal y extraordinaria) en SAP Payroll (PY).
- Validar y auditar cálculos, impuestos, deducciones y pagos.
- Gestionar novedades (ingresos, retiros, incapacidades, licencias, vacaciones, horas extra).
- Configurar y mantener reglas, esquemas y Wage Types en SAP.
- Cumplir normativas laborales y fiscales de EE. UU. y Puerto Rico.
- Generar reportes contables y conciliaciones.
- Atender consultas complejas de empleados sobre pagos y deducciones.
Además, puedes marcar la diferencia si cumples con:
- Profesional en Contaduría, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en nómina USA
en empresas medianas/grandes. - Dominio avanzado de SAP HCM/Payroll (PY) y configuración de esquemas.
- Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas).
- Alta precisión y orientación al detalle.
