About the Role:

As Marketing Generalist, you will lead and oversee our marketing strategy, ensuring the growth and visibility of our products. You will shape the company's presence across digital channels, trade shows, voice AI communication, and outbound conversion initiatives. This role requires disciplined messaging execution, data-driven decision making, and high clarity in communication across audiences.

In addition to leading the company's core marketing operations, this role will guide strategic voice AI positioning across outbound campaigns, customer interaction intelligence, and lead qualification workflows. The Generalist will also collaborate with HR and Sales Operations to align messaging, employer brand presence, and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute innovative B2B marketing campaigns across organic and owned channels, with expansion into paid precision media.
  • Craft compelling stories and messaging that position the company as the go-to AI-powered solution for automotive dealerships nationwide.
  • Own pipeline and revenue contribution through measurable demand generation and optimized conversion execution.
  • Manage external partners across creative development, campaign execution, and channel strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support launches and retention.
  • ⁠Lead development and communication architecture for outbound voice flows, including qualification scripts, clarity standards, and compliant messaging.
  • ⁠Create channel-specific content frameworks (copy, graphics, content sequencing, lead messaging) ensuring conversion discipline.
  • Coordinate presence at industry events including vendor alignment, outbound follow-ups, and trade show voice demo flows.
  • Oversee trade show post-engagement communication via outbound messaging, AI call sequencing, and partner channel strategy.
  • Lead internal communication functions in collaboration with HR and People Operations for messaging alignment.
  • ⁠Manage a core team of five contributors and one direct report, including part-time and contract resources.

Requirements:

  • Senior marketing leadership experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or voice AI.
  • Mastery in messaging clarity, conversion discipline, visual coordination, and content execution.
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound communication flows, lead qualification systems, and AI-driven interaction logic.
  • Strong creative direction skills across messaging, visual identity, content structure, and channel delivery.
  • Data-driven pipeline management expertise, including reporting and ROI optimization.
  • ⁠Ability to work across trade show strategy, outbound sequencing, and brand demonstration environments.
  • Experience developing communication frameworks for HR, employer brand messaging, and internal alignment.
