Descripción del puesto:
Gestiona la aplicación de pagos en los sistemas locales del área de cuentas por cobrar para la región de Latam, siendo responsable de las actividades de búsqueda e investigación de pagos no identificados, gestión de devoluciones y reportería respectiva.

Responsabilidades
Realizar las aplicaciones de pagos en los diferentes sistemas contables de los países de LATAM.

Velar por la correcta aplicación de los pagos realizando las investigaciones y verificaciones que esto conlleve.

Procesar los casos referentes a aplicaciones, devoluciones, Research y reportes relacionados al área de cuentas por cobrar para América Latina, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos.

Efectuar investigación escrita o vía telefónica con el fin de lograr la correcta aplicación de pagos dentro de los tiempos establecidos por la compañía.

Ejecutar reportes de Excel o análisis de datos, con periodicidad semanal o mensual con el fin de llevar un correcto control de la gestión a los ítems pendientes por aplicar.

Realizar análisis contable y financiero del proceso a cargo.

Gestionar las devoluciones solicitadas por clientes internos y externos, haciendo un correcto uso y diligenciamiento de las bandejas y los trackings correspondientes.

Requerimientos
Técnicos, tecnólogos, estudiantes de carreras administrativas, contables, financieras o afines.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Pensamiento analítico para proponer soluciones y alternativas contables.

Conocimiento en Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot table, análisis de datos, creación de tablas, etc.)

Experiencia: 6 meses como asistente Administrativo.

Inglés Básico (A2).
