Job Description – Strategic Research & Market Development

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful team member who can lead research, extract insights, and turn them into strategic actions to grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Research & Formula Analysis:

- Customer Insight Research:

Understand target customers by analyzing reviews, feedback, behavior, and needs. Identify pain points and develop ideas to improve products and messaging.

- Competitive & Brand Research:

Study competitor brands—pricing, packaging, positioning, marketing tactics, and sales channels. Analyze their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities we can leverage.

- Marketing & Trend Research:

Identify what's working across digital platforms, influencer trends, buyer behavior, and branding techniques relevant to our niche.

- Market Expansion:

Find and research new marketplaces, distributors, retail opportunities, and global expansion options. Understand entry requirements and recommend high-potential targets.

Job Experience -

  • Someone who knows how & has experience with doing research and learn new stuff himself/with training when needed.
  • Experienced with amazon product research and listing. 
  • Experienced with finding suppliers when needed
  • Smart, and puts focus to details
