We're looking for an
organized, reliable, and detail-oriented professional
to help manage the daily process behind our international recruitment projects.

This is a hands-on
operations and coordination
role — ideal for someone who enjoys clear routines, consistency, and helping a system run smoothly every day.


What You'll Do

  • Support the daily recruitment workflow — scheduling, updating records, and tracking progress
  • Make structured calls and send follow-up messages to candidates and clients
  • Keep the database and spreadsheets accurate and up to date
  • Prepare candidate lists, summaries, and reports for recruiters
  • Ensure each stage of the hiring process is completed correctly and on time


What We're Looking For

  • English level: B1–B2 or higher
    — able to hold basic conversations and write clear messages in English
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
    — you enjoy keeping things in order
  • Calm and consistent personality
    — comfortable with steady, structured daily work
  • Dependable and deadline-driven
    — you take pride in finishing what you start
  • Positive communicator
    — polite, clear, and professional on the phone
