What you will be doing?

Manage the end-end recruitment processes for our client, focused on providing the best customer service and the best experience to the candidate, in order to ensure that vacancies are filled within the timeframe with each manager, taking into account the project's objectives and KPIs. Acting with consultancy to provide the correct follow up.

Key Activities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end R&S process, posting vacancies, searching, filtering profiles, interview management, etc.
  • Negotiation and provide relevant inputs to achieve successful processes.
  • Completely advisory and independent role, interacting in a consultative manner to provide relevant information on the candidate market, as well as ensuring proper communication with the people involved in the processes.
  • Responsible for the operational process with the candidate during the selection process, ensuring recruitment records and safeguarding information to generate indicators.
  • Supporting cooperative development between company and client.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • 4 years experience, in similar roles involved in Talent Acquisition & RPO.
  • Preferable experience in operative industry, manufacturing heavy machinery, mining, construction, or similar. Recruiting high levels and operative roles.
  • Focused on quality vs quantity.
  • Organization, responsibility, detail oriented, communicator, negotiator, customer service focused.
