Description

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our data team. The strongest candidate will be able to combine a detailed, systematic, and structured approach to analytics with the flexibility to respond quickly to new opportunities within a fast moving program that is constantly learning and discovering.

What you will do:

  • You have a growth mindset. You will identify business challenges and

opportunities for improvement and solve for them using data analysis and

data mining to make strategic or tactical recommendations.

  • You will support analytics and provide critical insights around product usage, campaign performance, funnel metrics, segmentation, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • You will build ad-hoc analysis, long-term projects, reports and dashboards to find new insights and to measure progress in key initiatives.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs.
  • You will partner with different teams within the organization to understand business needs and requirements.
  • You will deliver presentations that will distill complex problems into clear insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis role
  • 3+ years of experience in Python, SQL, and visualization tool like Tableau/Looker/PowerBI
  • A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation.
  • Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity. You should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation.
  • Self-starter and adaptable. You're energized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in BI tools and Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI a plus

Bonus Points

  • Skilled in using data mining techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Experienced with AWS and proficient in coding with Spark/PySpark
  • Familiar with Airflow for workflow management
  • Possess a relevant background in digital marketing, sales, and/or strategy.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, matrix.
