Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Billing Analyst, Billing Services to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading electronic billing (e-billing) solutions for customers requesting invoice data through third-party online Accounts Payable portals such as Ariba and Coupa.

You will join our dynamic Global Business Services team in Bogota, serving as a critical bridge between internal commercial teams and our international customers in the United States and Canada.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and serve as the subject matter expert for electronic billing initiatives, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of invoice data through third-party portals to meet customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Information Technology teams to implement end-to-end billing processes and maintain positive customer experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase billing efficiency and quality.
     

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in billing, specifically involving electronic billing presentment and vendor relationship management.

  • Strong knowledge of electronic billing portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) and financial systems, supported by advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and preferably SQL or XML.

  • Proven ability in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and diplomatic communication with the fluency to interact daily with English-speaking customers and senior management.

  • A 4-year college degree and a high energy level with a strong work ethic.
