We are seeking a Senior QA who will build and own the QA process from scratch for our Salesforce and modern web technology-based applications. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and reliability as we scale. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly motivated, and an excellent communicator who can foster a strong quality culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and process that includes:

·      Start Testing Early: Integrate QA activities into the earliest stages of development. Drive early involvement of QA in requirements and design discussions.

·      Effective Communication: Establish clear communication channels between QA, developers, and product teams.

·      Shift-Left Testing: Apply testing at the right level: unit, API, contract, component, end-to-end, and system integration tests to catch defects early and reduce cost.

·      Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites for web and Salesforce components.

·      Production-like Environments: Ensure testing environments closely mirror production for accurate validation.

·      Promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

·      Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.

·      Define and track quality metrics, reporting progress and risks to stakeholders.

·      Advocate for quality across the organization and champion a 'quality-first' mindset.

·      Design and execute manual and automated tests.

Requirements

· years of experience in software quality assurance.

·      Proven experience in building QA processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

· years of Test automation experience on unit, API and UI levels.

·      Familiarity with Salesforce testing and modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, ) is a plus.

·      Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.

·      Excellent communication: ability to influence and build strong relationships.

·      Highly proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a culture of quality.

Preferred

·      Experience with Salesforce platform.

·      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar).

·      Knowledge of Typescript.
