We're looking for a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about building high-quality user interfaces, thrives in collaborative environments, and enjoys turning complex requirements into intuitive, scalable web experiences.

About the Role

As a Frontend Developer at Blossom, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web interfaces that power financial products used by credit unions and their members. You will work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into performant, accessible, and user-friendly solutions.

This role requires strong technical foundations in frontend development, attention to detail, and a user-centered mindset. You will contribute to scalable frontend architectures while continuously improving code quality, performance, and user experience.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Frontend Development, working on production-level applications.
Technical Skills
  • React
  • JavaScript
  • HTML & CSS
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Experience working with Git and version control workflows (Git Flow or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
