**Job Description**:
We seek a talented, experienced Salesforce Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and customize Salesforce features and functionality, including Visualforce pages and Aura components, leveraging LWC whenever possible.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to enable data synchronization and seamless processes.
- Optimize user interfaces for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed components and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with other team members to establish and maintain development standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English Level (B2-C1) with experience working with US clients or teams.
- Experience of 5+ years working as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework, Aura components, and Visualforce.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration methods, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Developer certifications (such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Lightning Component Framework Specialist) are highly desirable.
