What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, scale, and manage suppliers that meet CSS requirements for technology, functionality, cost, and quality.
  • Conduct supplier market research and create a strong supplier portfolio.
  • Establish RFQ processes, vendor selection criteria, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams on product development to support product launches.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years
  • Experience in any of these industries: Commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, F&B, construction, and manufacturing.
  • Strong work ethic and takes initiative on assigned tasks.
  • Clear understanding of how tasks play into larger workflows.
  • Ensures the accuracy of information gathered and presented is detailed and precise.
