Position : Operations Manager – Global Business Services (GBS) Key Responsibilities Develop and implement global procurement strategies aligned with business goals. Lead Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes including vendor selection, onboarding, contract negotiation and compliance. Establish vendor‑management policies, SOPs and control frameworks. Monitor supplier performance and manage risk mitigation strategies. Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships. Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing and distribution. Optimize supply‑chain networks for efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and service quality. Implement global logistics standards and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with manufacturing, planning and commercial teams to ensure seamless supply‑chain execution. Compliance And Regulatory Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and reports. Stay up to date on changes to regulations and policies. Stakeholder Management Liaise with headquarters or regional management. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Communicate effectively with all relevant parties. Strategic Planning Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the Columbia location. Implement and execute strategic initiatives. Monitor progress and adjust as needed. Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in service delivery. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Qualifications Any graduate or master’s degree, or professional certification in Finance or Accounting. Requirements A qualified leader to manage a large team. Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members. Excellence in stakeholder management and proactive collaboration. Strong decision‑making skills. Proficiency in MIS and presentation to management.
