The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Customer Incentive Plan Jr Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Performing data analytics to monitor and assess monthly rebate and assess monthly rebate accrual results for accuracy and paying programs on time.
• Supporting the analyst with the accrual meetings preparation with all appropriate reports, slides, and notes.
• Suggesting areas of improvement for market development fund (MDF) and rebate issues and coordinating the implementation of those improvements.
• Reviewing MDF claims and ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to Solventum Global Financial Standards.
• Monitor the queue and confer with analysts on change requests.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure metrics are being accomplished.
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Participate in deployment of new systems including all necessary testing activities to support the CIP analyst
• Act according to Solventum regulation and policies.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, and/or Finance discipline
• 2 years of experience in Finance, Business, and/or Accounting and/or Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel and PowerPoint (For example: VLOOKUP, Dynamic Tables)
• Expertise on data analytics.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• SalesForce
• Experience with PowerBI
• AS400/SAP / MS Dynamics
• English skills
