Are you an energetic, empathetic, and organized individual with teaching skills?Unicity International, a global health and wellness company, is looking for a passionate Jr. Trainer to join our team As a Jr. Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering client-focused training to address new hires, product updates, and recurring training needs.Position details
- Schedule: Sunday to Sunday (2 days off)
- Operation Hours: Between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Daily 8 hour shifts)
- Location: Bogotá - Office located at the north of the city (Near by Parque de la 93)
- Salary: To be discussed

Required skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Market knowledge
- Ability to address and resolve (issues, claims and/or complaints) on first contact
- Strong documentation skills
- Adherence to KPI indicators
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Multitasking abilities
- English proficiency (C1 level)

Job responsibilities
- Deliver client-focused training sessions for new hires, product updates, and recurring training needs.
- Provide information about products and services to customers and resolve their issues.
- Address and resolve complaints about products or services by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, providing the best resolution, and following up as necessary with the agents.
- Update customer records with accurate information cascading it properly to the ops.
- Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving results as needed.
