General Accounting and Intercompany Analyst

Ensure the recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions, integrating traditional accounting tasks with advanced analysis, in accordance with accounting standards and industry best practices, to provide information that drives organizational strategy, optimizes operations, and improves the efficiency of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the recording, reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports for the R2A team.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and procedures through technology and innovation.
  • Perform account reconciliations and propose improvements in clearing and control processes.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment in R2A activities.
  • Ensure the collection of key indicators for the R2A team to meet goals and for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Professional or final-semester student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related careers.
  • 1 year of experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • Financial Analytical Skills and understanding of financial statements, budgets, and basic accounting principles.
  • English B2

Analista de Contabilidad General e Intercompany

Garantizar el registro, la conciliación y el reporte de transacciones financieras, integrando tareas contables tradicionales con análisis avanzados, conforme a los estándares contables y las mejores prácticas de la industria, para proporcionar información que impulse la estrategia organizacional, optimice las operaciones y mejore la eficiencia del proceso.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Asegurar el registro, la conciliación y la elaboración de informes financieros del equipo de R2A.
  • Optimizar la eficiencia operativa y los procedimientos mediante tecnología e innovación.
  • Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas y proponer mejoras en los procesos de depuración y control.
  • Interactuar con diversas partes interesadas para asegurar una comunicación clara y una alineación en las actividades de R2A.
  • Garantizar la recopilación de indicadores clave para que el equipo de R2A cumpla los objetivos y la mejora continua.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • 1 año de experiencia en roles financieros o contables.
  • Habilidades Analíticas Financieras y comprensión de estados financieros, presupuestos y principios básicos de contabilidad.
  • Inglés B2 (Requerido).
