Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Descripción del puesto:
-Primer punto de contacto para dealers y propietarios.
-Gestión y coordinación de pedidos de proyectos.
-Apoyo a actividades de ventas internas y externas.
-Construcción y mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales.
Responsabilidades:
-Asistencia integral a clientes en necesidades, consultas, precios, productos y programación.
-Promoción de la lealtad y retención de clientes mediante un servicio excelente y rápido.
Habilidades y cualificaciones:
-Experiencia en gestión en customer service.
-Conocimiento en mejoras del hogar, remodelación o construcción.
-Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y pantallas de computadora.
-Enfoque extremo en la satisfacción del cliente.
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés.
-Capacidad para resolver problemas y manejar clientes difíciles.
-Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación a cambios.
