Your role at Clorox:

As a P&A Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving business performance across the Caribe/CAM region. Partnering closely with Commercial and Marketing teams, you'll provide strategic financial insights that create value and maximize profitability. You'll lead the forecasting and monthly close processes, deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, and translate financial results into actionable recommendations that support decision-making and organizational goals

In this role, you will:

• Support the forecasting process (Budget, LRP, and quarterly estimates) by gathering and consolidating financial data related to P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries to support business planning and decision-making.

• Assist in maintaining financial systems (Anaplan/Essbase), including data uploads, checks for accuracy, and simple allocations.

• Support the monthly closing process by updating reports, validating data, and preparing variance summaries for management review.

• Perform initial P&L variance analysis to identify main changes in sales, costs, and expenses.

• Track selling and administrative expenses, highlighting deviations from the plan and helping identify cost optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with the accounting team during the monthly close to ensure information accuracy and consistency.

• Provide financial support for new projects and promotional activities through data collection and basic analysis.

• Assist in preparing business cases and reports for new product launches or capital projects.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to share financial information and support key business processes.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• +2 years of experience in financial planning, cost management, and analysis within multinational companies, ideally in FMCG or international manufacturing, with exposure to costing and inventory control.

• Experience in budgeting, management controls, and financial projections (CAPEX analysis).

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Advanced MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables, macros), Power Point, PowerBI is a plus

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

• Proactive, curiosity-driven mindset with a strong desire to learn and optimize processes.

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 3 days per week in office, 2 days home office
