Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Expediting Specialist to support the timely delivery of goods and services critical to mining operations. This role ensures that purchase orders are fulfilled on schedule, coordinates with suppliers, and maintains clear communication across departments to prevent delays and optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods related to purchase orders.
• Generate delivery tracking reports and performance indicators by supplier.
• Identify and report delays, issues, or alerts to relevant departments (Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and End Users).
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and supplier communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical challenges and improve delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, administrative support, customer service, or supplier relations.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and database management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
