Buscamos un Associate Researcher encargado de interactuar con profesionales del sector salud para apoyar procesos de recolección de datos. Este rol es fundamental para asegurar la calidad y continuidad de nuestras investigaciones, por lo que requiere habilidades de comunicación, organización y un alto nivel de adaptabilidad. La persona ideal será proactiva, orientada a resultados y capaz de trabajar de manera colaborativa dentro de un equipo dinámico.

Responsabilidades
  • Realizar llamadas y enviar correos a profesionales de la salud para invitarlos a participar en estudios de investigación.
  • Agendar llamadas de investigación según la disponibilidad de cada proveedor.
  • Tomar llamadas de investigación cuando sea necesario para ofrecer la mejor experiencia al participante.
  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente en cada interacción.
  • Cumplir con los procesos de documentación y registro de actividades de alcance e investigación.
  • Participar en reuniones de retroalimentación y aseguramiento de calidad junto al equipo y liderazgo.
  • Apoyar a los compañeros en diversas actividades y proyectos relacionados con outreach e investigación.
  • Asistir a reuniones de equipo y de la compañía.
  • Realizar cualquier otra tarea asignada relacionada con el rol.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia previa de minimo 1 año en cargos administrativos y de servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector salud
  • Ingles Avanzado (C1)
  • Manejo avanzado de MS Outlook y Excel.
  • Experiencia con Salesforce (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de Calendly (plus).
  • Comodidad para recibir y dar retroalimentación de manera abierta.
