Position Overview

We are seeking a
Bilingual Medical Support Assistant
with a strong clinical background and fluency in both
English and Spanish
to join our dynamic global team. This remote role offers the opportunity to support healthcare professionals while contributing to improved patient outcomes. As a
Bilingual Medical Support Assistant,
you will play a vital role in streamlining clinical and administrative processes, ensuring efficient healthcare delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage provider schedules and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update
    Electronic Health Records (EHR)
    with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle medical documentation, prior authorizations, and compliance-related tasks.

Clinical Assistance:

  • Prepare patient charts and facilitate lab/diagnostic test orders.
  • Communicate laboratory and imaging results to patients with clarity and empathy.
  • Assist patients with medication management and treatment plans.
  • Enroll patients in support programs, including medication assistance, transportation, disability services, and housing support.

Patient Engagement:

  • Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
  • Offer compassionate and clear guidance to patients regarding their care plans.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience with a professional and engaging approach.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in MBBS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Lab Technology (MLT), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role within the healthcare sector or in BPO Industry.
  • Language Skills:
    Proficiency in
    both English and Spanish
    (written and verbal).
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Strong understanding of
    EHR systems
    and medical terminology.

Requirements:

  • Availability:
    Must be available to work
    U.S. time zones.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable using computers, fax machines, printers, and software tools.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Basic knowledge of
    Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Work Environment:
    Reliable
    high-speed internet
    and a
    private, distraction-free workspace
    for remote operations.
