Descripción del puesto:

El equipo de logística busca un practicante para brindar soporte y fortalecer nuestras operaciones, contribuyendo activamente al proceso de estandarización de envíos y recolección de equipos tecnológicos y mobiliario, así como al manejo eficiente del inventario.

Buscamos personas apasionadas por la logística, el servicio al cliente, la gestión de proveedores y el control de inventarios. Valoramos el perfil proactivo, responsable, orientado al detalle y con ganas de desarrollarse en una empresa multinacional en constante crecimiento, dedicada a aliviar el dolor, restaurar la salud y extender la vida.

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando una carrera administrativa.

  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.

  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B1.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Actualización y control de inventario de mobiliario.

  • Programación y coordinación de envíos y recolecciones en Bogotá y a nivel nacional.

  • Gestión de aplicaciones y plataformas de proveedores.

  • Contacto con colaboradores para validar información en procesos de envíos y recolecciones.

  • Seguimiento y control de guías de entrega.

  • Apoyo operativo y logístico en actividades para los colaboradores.
