Requisitos del Cargo

Formación:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería, Tecnología o áreas afines.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo
    2 años
    en implementación, ingeniería de sistemas, DevOps o roles similares.

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Linux:
    administración, configuración, troubleshooting, scripting (Bash), systemd, cron, SSH.
  • Bases de datos:
    Oracle y PostgreSQL (configuración, administración y optimización).
  • Networking:
    manejo de herramientas como
    netstat, iptables, curl, dig
    .
  • Paquetería:
    apt y yum.
  • Servidores de aplicaciones:
    deseable conocimiento en WebLogic y WebSphere (WAS).
  • Cloud:
    experiencia en AWS, Azure u OpenShift.
  • Gestión:
    uso de Jira para incidencias y proyectos.


Funciones Principales

  • Instalar, configurar y desplegar productos de Latinia en entornos de clientes.
  • Realizar pruebas de integración, diagnóstico, optimización y solución de incidentes.
  • Integrar soluciones con servidores de aplicaciones (WebLogic, WAS) y plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
  • Brindar soporte técnico a bancos clientes vía correo, llamadas y Jira.
  • Documentar procesos técnicos de forma clara y ordenada.
  • Acompañar a los equipos internos (Desarrollo, Soporte y Proyectos) para garantizar implementaciones exitosas.
