About the Role

We are looking for an
Accountant
to manage our financial operations across multiple markets. This role is key to ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and strong financial governance. If you're a detail-oriented leader with deep accounting expertise and a passion for continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies.
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Manage financial accounting, payroll, and asset control processes.
  • Review and approve month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate recognition of revenue and expenses.
  • Conduct and oversee audits, maintaining high standards of accuracy and transparency.
  • Drive the adoption of new accounting standards and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations through technology and automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial planning and business decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA (or equivalent certification)
    is mandatory.
  • 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
    , ideally within multinational or advertising industry environments.
  • Solid knowledge of
    GAAP, IFRS
    , and other accounting regulations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    Advertmind
    and
    Blackline
    (or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English (soft skills level required); bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in the
    Mexican market
    is a plus.
