Bogotá, Colombia (on-site with international reach)

Compensation:

About the Role

This position is designed for a motivated early-career professional who wants to grow in the field of business development within professional services. You'll be directly involved in international market research, B2B campaigns, and client acquisition strategies targeting executive decision-makers.

Your work will contribute to expansion projects of multinational clients, allowing you to learn from senior consultants, lawyers, and strategists while building a solid career path in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and company research (supported by AI-enabled tools) to identify opportunities among UK, US, French, and Spanish firms expanding into Latin America.
  • Create, manage, and analyze comprehensive B2B databases of executives and companies, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable data.
  • Support the design and execution of strategic business development campaigns in legal, tax, financial, and consulting services.
  • Monitor results and present reports using sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Draft professional communications and presentations in English and Spanish (French is highly desirable).
  • Collaborate with senior professionals and partners on high-level international projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (relevant internships may count). Professional or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Languages:
    English (mandatory, excellent written and spoken). Spanish desirable but not essential; French is a plus.
  • Skills:
    Confident communicating with C-suite and senior executives, proactive, detail-oriented, motivated, and professional.
  • Work Ethic:
    Able to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Values:
    Integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, PitchBook).
  • Knowledge of international business etiquette in interactions with UK, US, French, and Spanish executives.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn from a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, consultants, and advisors.
