Sr. Marketing Digital / Social Media Creator (C1 or better English)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and responsible Sr. Marketing Digital / Social Media Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong social media and content creation experience. You'll work Hybrid model to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency, engagement, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Threads, and YouTube.

- Develop and schedule posts to go live on specific dates and times, ensuring timely execution.

- Create engaging and relevant content in English, including copy, graphics, and multimedia.

- Perform photo and video editing as needed to enhance visual content.

- Use analytics tools to track and provide detailed reports on social media performance.

- Work with Talentus tools (Office365, OneDrive, Teams) to collaborate with the team and share files and reports.

- Showcase an organized workflow to handle multiple platforms and deadlines efficiently.

- Follow us on all our social media channels and align with the brand voice and style.

- Engage with the community and manage interactions with followers to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

- English proficiency (C1 level minimum).

- Proven social media experience across the listed platforms.

- Demonstrable portfolio of past work or relevant experience.

- Expertise in content creation (text, images, videos) in both languages.

- Experience with photo and video editing tools.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and how they integrate with social media content.

- Ability to provide detailed analytics reports on social media performance.

- Strong time management and self-motivation to work independently.

- Must have experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools.

- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

- Experience using Figma and/or similar tools is ideal.

- 100% freelance with flexible scheduling, though adherence to specific posting timelines is essential.
