PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN

¿Te gustaría liderar el crecimiento de nuestras marcas en nuevos mercados? Como Business Development Manager Senior Specialist para Colombia serás responsable de identificar oportunidades de negocio en espacios en blanco, lanzar productos icónicos y construir relaciones sólidas con distribuidores y retailers en el mercado colombiano.

Este rol te permitirá trabajar con equipos globales, liderar iniciativas estratégicas y gestionar el P&L de proyectos de expansión en Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y otros mercados de Latinoamérica. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Prospectar oportunidades de negocio en Colombia, Ecuador, Perú LATAM, desde la idea hasta el lanzamiento.

  • Realizar análisis de mercado, evaluación financiera y selección de distribuidores.

  • Desarrollar planes de negocio y estrategias de entrada al mercado para nuevos productos.

  • Coordinar lanzamientos con equipos de cadena de suministro y categorías globales.

  • Monitorear KPIs y desempeño comercial, asegurando ejecución impecable.

  • Liderar equipos multifuncionales y colaborar con agencias, distribuidores y retailers.

  • Representar a Unilever International en Colombia, liderando el UI Squad local.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?

Experiencia

Mínimo necesario:

  • +5 años en Customer Development en la industria de bienes de consumo (FMCG).

  • Experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave, marketing y comercio internacional.

  • Trabajo previo en entornos matriciales y equipos multifuncionales.

Habilidades

  • Mentalidad emprendedora y enfoque estratégico.

  • Pasión por el consumidor, el cliente y el crecimiento.

  • Capacidad analítica y visión financiera.

  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.

  • Adaptabilidad y liderazgo en entornos dinámicos.

  • Dominio de español e inglés.

  • Título universitario en cualquier disciplina.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar a Perú y Ecuador

  • Deseable tener visa (nice to have)
