Project Manager (Sector Tecnología)

Estamos buscando un Project Manager para trabajar con nuestro cliente, una compañía tecnológica internacional que desarrolla soluciones de software corporativo. La posición es responsable de gestionar requerimientos y proyectos desde su conceptualización hasta su liberación en producción, asegurando alineación entre áreas internas, equipos de desarrollo y usuarios finales. El rol requiere habilidades de levantamiento funcional, coordinación con equipos técnicos, documentación detallada y seguimiento puntual del avance de los proyectos.

Las responsabilidades incluyen liderar el proceso de levantamiento de requerimientos, documentar la situación actual y proponer soluciones funcionales con descripciones claras, reglas de negocio y diagramas. También deberá coordinar con el área de Desarrollo y con proveedores de software para estimar tiempos y costos, dar seguimiento a aprobaciones y mantener comunicación constante con las áreas solicitantes. El puesto requiere identificar prioridades, gestionar recursos, resolver obstáculos y comunicar avances, riesgos y oportunidades de manera transparente a los diferentes stakeholders. Además, se espera participación activa en iniciativas corporativas para fomentar un ambiente colaborativo y orientado a resultados.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos tecnológicos.

  • Conocimiento y práctica de metodologías PMI, Ágiles y Scrum.

  • Sólidos fundamentos de ingeniería de software.

  • Experiencia elaborando diagramas UML, casos de uso y documentación funcional.

  • Manejo de cronogramas, roadmaps y dashboards de proyecto.

  • Inglés intermedio en comprensión oral, escrita y lectura.
