Job Description

Our organization seeks a Project Manager for the NiCE initiative to oversee critical project management functions. This role demands a high level of professionalism and expertise in managing complex, multicultural teams across global operations for one of the world's leading IT Solutions multinationals. The Project Manager will be responsible for meticulously planning and controlling diverse project activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliverables to end clients, while effectively mitigating risks and resolving issues. This position requires a strategic approach to risk management and the development of comprehensive mitigation plans. Critical Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive end-to-end management of projects or programs, encompassing:
  • Rigorous Scope Management

  • Stringent Cost Management (including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue oversight)

  • Strategic Human Resource/Personnel Management
  • Effective Communications Management
  • Proactive Risk Management
  • Comprehensive Stakeholder (internal and external) Management
  • Meticulously oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing.
  • Implement and utilize advanced project management methodologies, processes, tools, techniques, and templates with utmost efficiency.
  • Precisely define project tasks, develop comprehensive project plans, and rigorously monitor, manage, and communicate project progress.
  • Exercise strict control over project scope and scope changes. Provide authoritative leadership and motivation to the assigned project team, delivering constructive performance feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, representing the organization with utmost professionalism in internal and external/customer forums through effective communication.
  • Function as a trusted advisor for assigned clients, providing expert assistance in the development of strategic roadmaps and long-term plans to maximize solution leverage and ROI.
  • Proactively manage issues, ensure transparent visibility of issues and resolutions to stakeholders, and escalate internally as required to resolve critical matters.
  • Deliver precise and timely status reports to internal and external stakeholders at predetermined intervals.
  • Exercise strict control over project-related revenue and revenue forecasts. Maintain impeccably up-to-date management systems to reflect accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Systematically measure and analyze the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Provide comprehensive feedback on lessons learned and propose strategic improvements for future projects.
  • Contribute significantly to the enhancement of project management methodologies. Provide thorough and critical assessments of project results.
  • Actively engage in the broader Project Management community to acquire knowledge, contribute expertise, and collaborate effectively, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of Project Management within the company.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, leading teams and managing personnel in a matrix environment. International client experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in project management within a consulting or software organization, delivering complex solutions to external clients.
  • Extensive experience managing the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) as a project manager, encompassing discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage intricate and dynamic projects for external customers.
  • Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects.
  • Substantial experience in managing IT, Telephony, and Software projects.
  • Established record of fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in addressing both business and technical issues.
  • Capacity to excel in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a global, collaborative team structure.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic orientation.
  • Expertise in revenue forecast management and budget administration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
  • Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams.
  • Extensive experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Advanced skills in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans.
  • Proactive approach to risk management and issue escalation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to function as a trusted advisor, ensuring projects consistently exceed expectations and deliver substantial value.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
