Descripción Develop and execute sales and new business acquisition strategies to achieve financial targets and expand the partner base in LATAM.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and implementing training programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, fund managers, brokers, affiliates, and distribution partners.Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and renegotiations to ensure commercially sound outcomes.Collaborate with Marketing to implement distribution channels, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Perfil buscado (h/m)Proven experience in companies within the sector, preferably brokers, fintechs, or multi‑asset trading platforms (Forex, CFDs, crypto, etc.).Minimum 3 years in senior sales management or executive roles.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in high-growth environments and strategic planning.Strong network and connections within relevant industry sectors.BA/BSc degree or equivalent.Qué OfrecemosGlobal industry leader
