ABOUT THE TEAM: RealPage is a leading global provider of software and data analytics for the real estate industry. The Investment Management team makes software for real estate companies to collect and report on their operational and financial data to provide valuable insight.
WHAT YOUâLL DO**:Summary**:
The tools used to build the IM platforms are C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Angular.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage a global team of engineers
- Manage the process for hiring and onboarding new engineers
- Take the ownership of technical architecture of the product & complete workflow
- Develop knowledge on product and mentor team on product features
- Review pulls requests and coach engineers
- Ensure the release process is documented and all engineers are trained on the process
- Conduct 1-on-1s and bi-annual performance reviews
- Prioritize tech debt and system upgrades
- Hands-On technical leader
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience managing engineers
- Experience with ASP.NET
- Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with SQL databases
- Basic understanding of Data Warehousing, SSIS Integration packages; SSAS Cubes
- Basic understanding of reporting and data visualization tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
